EPA has amended and promulgated the “Regulations for Installation and Management of Groundwater pollution control Facilities and Monitoring Equipment in Gas Stations” on July 4, 2006 to oversee the installation and management of these facilities and equipment. Besides, for the enhancement of promoting other relevant activities, the EPA then entrusted Sinotech to conduct “The Inspection and Appraisal of Groundwater pollution control Facilities and Monitoring Equipment in Gas Stations, and the Consultation of Declaration Through Internet for Year 2006 and 2007”.
